Windows
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- Run the installer. It installs for your account, so it won't ask for admin rights.
- The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may stop it. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
- HoverPill starts in the tray. Turn on Start at login in its Settings and it's there every time you sign in.
Linux
64-bit, X11 or Wayland through XWayland
Coming with the next release: a .deb for Debian and Ubuntu, an .rpm for Fedora and openSUSE, and an AppImage for any distribution.
Until then you can build HoverPill from source.
On Linux the closed notch opens when you point at it, and a click on it lands on the notch. Linux support is new, so if something doesn't work, please open an issue.
